Your research plan looks great. You seem to have spread out the activities well. I understand the time constraints put on you by your principal, but it looks like you are handling it well. I, too, have a new principal who is having a hard time letting go. Fortunately for me, my principal went through the Lamar program, too, so at least she understands the demands of the course work. However, she still doesn't like to share the work load. We also have a new assistant principal, so it is hard finding someone to share with. Good luck on your research project. I hope that your principal will start to see the value in having you as an intern and will start to work with you.
ReplyDeleteThat is what I call a plan. Multiple steps. Very professionally written and organized. I may need to revise mine after reading yours. I have experienced some difficulty as well from some of the administrators in the know. I believe the fear of finding something out that may not want to be found out is the reason for the resistance. Your research will be very productive to your entire campus. I wish you luck as you deal with the negatives. You have a great plan for research, and I pray you have the time to get it all done. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteYour plan looks great. Reading it I was overwhelmed for you by the dates. On a different note, I think I worked out the followers issue on my blog. Stop by and let me know - thanks!
